Maintenance Tech II

Maintenance Technician II supports pharmaceutical manufacturing operations at a Hayward facility, troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment while maintaining documentation and preventative maintenance procedures in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical equipment malfunctions in production
- Develop, monitor, and execute preventative maintenance procedures
- Track equipment failures and recommend improvements for reliability
- Maintain equipment records and manage change control documentation
- Support installation and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment
Requirements
- 3-5 years of electromechanical maintenance experience
- High school diploma or GED; technical associate degree preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and maintenance manuals
- Fluent English written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations and regulated industry practices
- Experience with CMMS software (Maximo) preferred
Compensation: $72,000-$99,000 base annually
