Plastic Injection Molding - Material Handler

We have openings for 2nd and 3rd shifts! **** Currently Offering a $1500 Hiring Bonus **** Position Summary: The Material Handler will ensure a continuous supply of raw materials to injection presses and auxiliary equipment to maximize productivity. Key Responsibilities: Mix resin as directed. Place grinder at each press. Properly tag material and auxiliary equipment for use. Pull and clean hoppers and grinders after each job. Monitor dryers as needed. Set up and troubleshoot all material auxiliary equipment. Adhere to 5-S and Lean Manufacturing principles. Maintain clean and safe work areas. Utilize 5-S suggestion forms for improvements. Possess knowledge of plastic material handling. Drive a forklift. Pay attention to detail. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. Have basic math aptitude. Read and understand English. Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. Follow directions from Supervisors/Managers. Lift up to 50 lbs.
