Your eye for detail and technical know-how keep our products looking and performing at their best.WHAT YOU’LL DOOperate electrostatic powder coat spray equipment on a production conveyor lineSelect colors, load hoppers, and calibrate spray guns, nozzles, and pressure valves for optimal coverageMonitor and record key process parameters: delivery pressure, atomization, deflector/sieve sizes, and line speedInspect finished units for runs, sags, or missed areas—and correct them on the spotTroubleshoot paint defects and equipment issues quickly to minimize downtimeKeep the paint booth, conveyor grounds, hoses, and spray heads clean and in top conditionPerform regular PM on GEMA paint guns and order replacement partsReport weekly on paint inventoryPerform all paint rework duties and minimize scrapSupport assembly operations as neededChampion a safety-first culture every single dayWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORAbility to read and follow written instructions, work orders, and blueprintsBasic math skills and comfort using tape measures (inches and millimeters)Strong attention to detail and quality standardsTeam player who communicates well and pitches in where neededReliable, punctual, and committed to doing the job rightMust complete company safety trainingWHY JOIN OUR TEAM?Stable, full-time employment in a growing agricultural equipment companyComprehensive on-the-job trainingCompetitive pay with opportunities to grow your skills and advanceSupportive team environment where your contributions make a visible impactCommitment to workplace safety and employee well-beingPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThis is a physically active role. You should be comfortable with:Standing and walking for extended periods throughout your shiftLifting up to 50 lbs regularly; up to 100 lbs frequently with assistanceStooping, kneeling, climbing, and reaching as part of normal dutiesWorking in an environment with noise, paint fumes (PPE provided), heat, and moving equipment #J-18808-Ljbffr
