Entry-Level IT Technician

Cayman Technologies is seeking an Entry-Level IT Technician to join our growing team in Pickerington, Ohio. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, likes helping people, and wants to build a career in the IT industry. We're looking for someone who is dependable, professional, eager to learn, and comfortable working directly with clients. Responsibilities Configure and deploy PCs, laptops, and printers Assist with computer setups and workstation installations Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues Support Microsoft 365 users Document work performed and maintain accurate records Assist senior technicians with projects and client support Participate in onsite client visits as needed Desired Qualifications Interest in computers and technology Experience building, repairing, or troubleshooting PCs Basic understanding of Windows operating systems Familiarity with printers, networking, and common office technology Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to learn quickly and work independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We're Looking For Technical skills are important, but attitude is even more important.
