Are you organized, detail-oriented, and great at keeping multiple projects moving? Are you the person who follows up, follows through, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks?

UIG Tank Systems is looking for a motivated, self-starting Project Manager / Estimator to join our team.

For more than 55 years, UIG has provided industrial tank systems for critical infrastructure projects throughout the United States and internationally.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates well, solves problems, and enjoys managing projects from start to finish. You don't need experience in our specific industry. We're more interested in your ability to organize, coordinate, and get things done.

What You'll Do

• Review project opportunities, plans, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate quotations, proposals, and bid submissions.
• Communicate with contractors, track bids, and follow up on opportunities.
• Review contracts and coordinate project documentation.
• Work with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and field teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate project milestones, deliveries, subcontractors, and field operations.
• Track progress and communicate billing milestones to accounting.
• Manage multiple projects while keeping deadlines, details, and commitments on track.

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent follow-up, follow-through, and communication skills.
• A proactive self-starter who takes ownership and works independently.
• Experience managing projects, coordinating vendors, or handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Confidence working with documents, spreadsheets, schedules, and contracts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial equipment, project coordination, or a related field is a plus, but tank industry experience is not required.

Pay negotiable and commensurate with experience.
