Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care services to clients in their homes, following established care plans and protocols
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
• Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions to our healthcare team
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care services
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Salary per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Requirements:

• Two years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Current CPR certification
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
