Contract Recruiter/Sourcer

Job Title:  Contract Recruiter

Location:  Fort Collins, CO or Denver - onsite (possible remote initially) 

Employment Type:  Contract, min 3 months (will consider contract-to-direct for a strong candidate) 

Industry:  Semi-Conductor/Industrial and Medical

Compensation: $40-$50/hour (dependent on experience)

Schedule: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter and/or sourcer to identify, attract, and hire top talent across a variety of roles. This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is organized, relationship-driven, and passionate about connecting talented professionals with career opportunities.

If the contractor is based out of the Denver location, once a week travel to Fort Collins is expected. If based out of the Fort Collins location, there will be minimal travel to the Denver office.

What You'll Do:

• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent, while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business objectives.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for Engineering, technical, professional, and executive-level positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business goals to develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify top talent.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Coach and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques, candidate evaluation, and best hiring practices.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Track recruitment metrics and provide reports to leadership to improve hiring processes.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive hiring practices, and labor market conditions.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Admin
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience recruiting or sourcing on technical and professional positions

• Strong engineering recruiting background 
• Good relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and interview best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
