Work closely with various teams (Infrastructure, App development, Configuration Manager and Database) to achieve the milestone. Leading applications strategy and integration engagements in a service oriented organization. Co-ordinate with Offshore and onshore resources and manage their tasks and deliverable. Interact with Project Managers and other external vendors to analyze and define scope of the projects and its deliverable. Managing and providing oversight of all technical issues for the assigned work streams and/or Projects, performing technical reviews of all projects. Qualifications Good experience & knowledge of Java, J2EE, Spring, JDBC and Application servers. Spanish knowledge a huge plus Insurance industry experience a plus.
