Transportation Project Engineer

Job DescriptionDewberryis currently seeking a Transportation Project Engineer in our growing Fresno, CA office.A successful candidate will lead design on all phases ofTransportation Projects primarily for Caltrans and other public agencies. They will assist with leading the project and mentoring young staff involved in the project.Transportation projects may include roadway widenings, trails, roundabout design, bridge projects, drainage systems, utility relocations and preparation of contract documents.Our Fresno office follows a hybrid work structure whereemployees can work remotely a few days a week.Dewberry is a leading, market-facing professional services firm with more than 60 locations and 2,500+ professionals nationwide. The work required by the successful candidate is diverse andrequires strong capabilities in Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.Required Skills & Required ExperienceBS degree in Civil Engineering required.CAPE license required.8+ years of experience in transportation engineering.Proficient with Civil 3D.Ability to work in a timely fashion to meet project budgets.Ability to communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, sub consultants, and county/agency review staff.Ability to compose technical reports, memorandums, and other written communication.Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.Don’t meet every single requirement?
