We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our established dental practice at Chesapeake Dental, initially for 2 days per week and progressing to full-time. We are on the beautiful Eastern Shore, just across the Bay Bridge on Kent Island, which is in the middle of a population growth boom with our 55‑and‑up communities. Responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive examinations and developing diagnoses Delivering preventive, restorative, and emergency dental treatment Performing crown and bridge procedures and routine extractions Creating and presenting comprehensive treatment plans Educating patients on treatment options and oral health maintenance Building patient confidence through compassionate communication and clinical excellence Maintaining accurate and thorough clinical records Collaborating with our clinical and administrative team to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care and a positive treatment experience Maintaining a commitment to continuing education and high standards of care Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active Maryland dental license (or eligibility to obtain licensure) Current DEA registration Strong clinical judgment and technical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Dedication to ethical, patient-focused dentistry Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment Who Will Thrive Here?
