As a Center Manager at European Wax Center, you own the full picture - team performance, guest experience, sales results, and culture. We're looking for a builder. You own a number. You've been accountable for real sales metrics - revenue, conversion, retention - and you can tell us exactly what they were and whether you hit them. You develop people, not just manage them. You can name someone on a previous team you coached into a higher role. You give direct feedback and follow through. You recruit proactively. You don't wait for a job board to fill your pipeline. You know what "good" looks like and you go find it. You recover gracefully. When a guest has a problem, you don't pass it off - you own the fix, and you use it to make things better for the next person. You've managed a real team. 2+ years leading direct reports in retail, spa, beauty, hospitality, or a similar guest-facing environment. More experience = more earning potential.
