Position Summary We are seeking a QC Microbiology Lab Analyst to perform microbiology assays supporting GMP, clinical, and development product release. This role involves supporting QC Micro Assay testing for GMP, clinical, and development product release activities. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day operations in QC microbiology laboratories. Conduct microbiological tests on in-process samples, including growth promotion testing. Ensure all testing activities comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), regulatory guidelines, and safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the laboratory environment. Demonstrate the ability to learn new skills and achieve proficiency. Support method verifications for clinical and commercial products. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or a related scientific field. 1–2 years of relevant laboratory experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry and/or in a GMP environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to support and prioritize multiple diverse activities simultaneously while meeting schedule commitments. Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
