Job Summary
We are seeking a Spanish Interpreter for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting an active industrial construction environment in Bowling Green, OH. This on-site role is ideal for a bilingual English and Spanish professional who can help ensure clear, accurate communication between project teams, supervisors, safety personnel, and field employees.

The Spanish Interpreter will play an important role in supporting daily operations, safety training, meetings, and project communication. This is a strong opportunity to join a team-oriented construction setting where communication, safety, and collaboration are essential to project success. Candidates can expect a fast-paced work environment with supportive leadership, practical hands-on exposure to construction operations, and the opportunity to build a long-term career path through a contract-to-hire assignment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide real-time English and Spanish interpretation during meetings, safety trainings, daily briefings, and field operations.
- Translate written materials such as safety documents, schedules, project updates, notices, and other jobsite communications.
- Support communication between Spanish-speaking employees, supervisors, project managers, and safety teams.
- Help ensure workers clearly understand safety expectations, work instructions, policies, and project updates.
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism when interpreting sensitive or operational information.
- Assist with day-to-day communication needs in a dynamic construction and industrial facilities environment.

Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $25 to $30 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Duration: 3 to 6 months contract-to-hire.
- Location: Bowling Green, OH.
