Operational Excellence Manager

Job Description The Operational Excellence Manager will own the SIOP and Operational Excellence processes at the Honeywell Minneapolis facility. Responsibilities include leading continuous improvement initiatives, driving process automation using tools like Tableau, monitoring performance metrics, reporting progress, and coordinating with Tier 4 teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and drive operational excellence initiatives across the organization. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Identify and eliminate barriers to execution. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive process improvements. Provide guidance and support to site leaders to ensure operational excellence. Qualifications Minimum of 6 years of experience in operational excellence or related field. Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving results. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence change. Candidate must be a U.S. person, defined as a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected under asylum or refugee status. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. Passion for continuous improvement. Excellent project management skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
