Job Summary

We're hiring remote Customer Support Specialists to be the first point of contact for customer and client inquiries — representing both HireFrontier and our client partners.
Responsibilities
● Respond quickly and accurately to incoming inquiries
● Resolve issues and escalate complex cases when needed
● Keep clear, organized records in CRM/support systems
● Ensure every concern is addressed with a focus on resolution
● Educate customers on services and support options
● Follow staffing/service protocols for consistent quality
● Share feedback on recurring issues to improve workflows
● Support continuous improvement across assigned accounts

● Strong verbal and written communication
● Quick, efficient problem-solving under pressure
● Patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented
● Strong time management across multiple tasks
● Comfortable with CRM and phone support tools
