Project Manager, Civil Engineering - Land Development

Project Manager – Civil Engineering Group Atwell, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee diverse residential land development projects. Responsibilities include collaborating with the production team on drafting and reviewing site plans, grading plans, utility layouts, and construction documents; mentoring junior staff; producing technical reports; providing construction support; and leveraging AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the production team to draft, review, and finalize preliminary and final site plans, grading plans, utility layouts, and construction documents for residential communities and subdivisions. Guide and mentor junior staff, ensuring project-based tasks are executed accurately and efficiently. Develop and deliver engineering reports, opinions, and recommendations, including hydrology/hydraulic studies, stormwater management reports, project schedules, and utility coordination. Provide construction-related services such as permit applications, quantity estimates, contractor coordination, and field support. Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and engineering software to ensure assignments are completed on time and within budget. Engage in continuous learning and professional development to grow within Atwell’s residential land development practice.
