Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with gait and balance training, therapeutic exercises, and functional mobility to improve safety, independence, and quality of life. You’ll document patient progress, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered, and growth-focused culture.
