Dental CeramistA growing, high-quality boutique dental laboratory located approximately 50 minutes northwest of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Dental Ceramist to join its team.This role is ideal for a detail-oriented ceramist who takes pride in producing highly esthetic, precise restorative work and wants to be part of a collaborative, quality-focused lab environment. The right candidate will have a strong eye for detail, consistency, and function, and will be committed to delivering the level of craftsmanship and esthetics that discerning doctors and patients expect from a boutique laboratory setting.The Dental Ceramist plays a key role in ensuring that each prosthetic is completed to a high standard of esthetics, fit, and finish, and that every case is ready for delivery with quality and care.Key ResponsibilitiesBuilding, contouring, and glazing high-end anterior and posterior restorations, including PFM, e.max, zirconia, and full-arch implant restorationsProducing the esthetics and quality standards expected by the laboratory's doctors and customersPolishing and finishing restorations prior to final deliveryReading and understanding doctor prescriptions in order to determine the processes needed to fulfill each case correctlyCreating dental prostheses including crowns, bridges, and tooth facingsUsing common dental laboratory tools and equipment, including porcelain ovens, furnaces, pinning equipment, and lathesUsing designated lab software for task assignment and case completionWorking independently while also communicating effectively with team members across the laboratoryManaging cases accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality and meeting deadlinesPerforming consistent, high-quality work with or without direct supervisionSupporting a team-oriented environment focused on craftsmanship, accountability, and excellent serviceRequired Qualifications5+ years of Dental Ceramist experience5+ years of Dental Laboratory experienceExperience with anterior and posterior ceramic restorationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityHigh level of accuracy and esthetic awarenessAbility to read prescriptions and follow detailed case instructionsOrganized, reliable, and able to manage deadlinesProfessional demeanorPositive, can-do attitudePassion for providing extraordinary customer serviceEthical, honest, and dependablePreferred BackgroundHigh-end esthetic ceramic workPFM, e.max, zirconia, and implant-supported restorationsFull-arch implant restorationsBoutique or quality-driven laboratory environmentsWorking collaboratively with technicians, managers, and other team members to ensure outstanding final resultsCompensation & BenefitsSalary: Competitive / Depending on experienceAttractive incentives and/or performance bonuses may be availablePotential profit-sharing opportunitiesPaid Time OffPaid holidaysWeekends offHealth insuranceRelocation assistance may be available for the right candidateWhy This Opportunity Stands OutThis is an opportunity to join a high-quality boutique dental laboratory that values craftsmanship, detail, and esthetic excellence.
