Service Now ITOM Developer

Overview: Required Skills
- 4-8 years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in ServiceNow ITOM development .
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Event Management module configuration and development.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly) for customizations.
- Good understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping .
- Hands-on knowledge of mid-servers, probes, sensors, and event connectors .
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITOM .
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator .
- Experience with Orchestration and Automation (Flow Designer, IntegrationHub).
- Familiarity with cloud monitoring (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of security compliance and ITIL processes.
