Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to become a part of our team at a vibrant and forward-thinking Senior Living Community situated in Winston-Salem, NC.

Work Environment

• Setting: Senior Living
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, with no holidays or weekends required
• Hourly Rate: Full-Time ($46-$49/hr) & PRN ($50-$55/hr)

QualificationsJob Summary

The Physical Therapist (PT) will deliver a comprehensive range of physical therapy services, which includes assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within a collaborative environment, adhering to professional practices and ethical standards.

Licenses and Certifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid state PT license or certification
• Current CPR certification is preferred

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Experience: 0-1 years preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments to determine patients’ physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation requirements.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities aimed at enhancing patients’ physical capabilities.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding exercise techniques, posture, body mechanics, and effective management strategies for their conditions.
• Keep precise and current documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
