CDL A OTR Dry Van Drivers Nationwide.
River City Transport is a family owned and operated asset-based provider based out of Peosta, Iowa. RCT is looking to add OTR and regional drivers in your market. With dedicated contracts for some of the largest shippers in North America, we would like you join our team! Compensation: Average weekly pay range: $1,450 - $1,90050 - 58 CPM based on experience and driving record
Average weekly miles: 3,000+ All miles paid, loaded & unloadedAdditional Pay:
Breakdown Pay: $150 per day if no replacement unit is available
Layover Pay: $150 Detention Pay: $25 per hour after 2 free hours Extra holiday pay: $150 incentive for driving on a holiday (8 holidays per year) Clean level 1 inspection report: $100Bonuses:
Referral bonus: $1,500 paid in increments over 1 year
Quarterly Safety Bonus: $250 - $1,000Safe driving (no accidents or infractions)
100% On time deliveries & pick upsPaid weekly via direct deposit

Passenger program: Minimum of 16 years of age Pet friendly upon approval Take your truck home program Home Time, Route, & Schedule Home time: 1 day home for each week on the road Schedule: On the road 4 - 6+ weeks at a time Route: OTR 48 states Level of Touch: 100% No-touch freight, some drop & hook Equipment: 2 Freightliner & International Sleeper Trucks All trucks are automatic Amenities: Refrigerators, XM radio, new mattresses, heated & cooled seats Governed Speed: 73 MPH Outward cameras, event triggered ELD equipped using xywuqvp Samsara system Qualifications: Must be at least 23 years of age Must have CDL A license Must have a minimum of 2 year verifiable commercial tractor-trailer driving experience Must have or be willing to obtain hazmat endorsementRiver City will provide hazmat training & pay to obtain the endorsement
No DUIs or felony driving convictions in the last 5 years
No major violations in the last 3 years No more than 3 minor violations in the last 3 years Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations Must be able to pass a background check and required pre-employment drug screen Hiring Area: River City is hiring drivers nationwide!Vacancy posted 3 hours ago
