Our teams combine industry knowledge, functional experience, and technology capabilities to support first-time implementations, business-led enhancements, and large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs.Professionals in the practice work with leading organizations across industries to modernize operations, improve process performance, and unlock value through cloud, automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.QualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree plus 6+ years of SAP, enterprise resource planning (ERP), or consulting experience5+ years of SAP consulting experience supporting solution design and end-to-end delivery in a consulting firm, industry environment, or both3+ years of hands-on functional configuration experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)Participation in 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations, including 1+ implementation in a primary SAP EWM roleExperience configuring SAP EWM across 3+ functional areas, such as inbound processing, outbound processing, warehouse structure design, radio frequency (RF) framework, physical inventory, wave management, yard management, or labor management1+ years of hands-on configuration and solution design experience in 1+ SAP module outside SAP EWM, such as Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP/PP-DS), Transportation Management (TM), Sales and Distribution (SD), or Quality Management (QM)Experience with 1+ SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, or migration programAbility to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you servePreferredMaster’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business2+ years of client service delivery experience in a consulting or professional services firm supporting large enterprise transformation engagementsParticipation in 1+ SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA conversion or greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementationCurrent SAP certification in SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, or another SAP S/4HANA certification, such as Sourcing and Procurement, QM, or PPExperience integrating with other 3rd party Warehousing/Logistics solutionsThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
