Ideal candidates must have 3‑5 years of fast‑food management experience You must be 21+ years or older Managers lead shifts every day, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit. Managers provide leadership to the crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness for our customers. Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, food safety, monitoring performance during the shift, taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the management team to help prepare for a great shift. Managers are responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and for helping their assigned departments meet their goals.
