Front Desk Associate (Part-Time to Full-Time)

Mt. Hope Chiropractic & Wellness – Penfield, NY About the Role Mt. Hope Chiropractic & Wellness is seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our growing team in Penfield. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. As the first point of contact for our chiropractic, massage, and sauna clients, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while helping keep our office running smoothly. This position is based primarily in our Penfield office, with occasional opportunities to assist at our Mt. Hope location as needed. Schedule Monday–Saturday Position begins as part-time (approximately 24–30 hours per week, 3–4 days per week) Transitions to full-time as our Penfield office continues to grow Full-time team members receive one consistent weekday off each week Saturday availability is required every week Pay $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience. Responsibilities Welcome and check in chiropractic, massage, and sauna clients with professionalism and warmth Schedule appointments and communicate with clients by phone, text, and email Accurately enter and update patient information across multiple software systems Verify and update insurance information Process payments and balance daily cash transactions Complete opening and closing office procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area Prepare, clean, and reset sauna rooms between guests Assist providers and teammates with administrative and operational tasks Deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring an exceptional patient experience Qualifications Availability to work Monday through Saturday, with Saturday required every week Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask High attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable learning and using multiple computer software programs Ability to handle cash and payment transactions accurately Experience in a chiropractic, medical, wellness, spa, or massage setting is preferred but not required Familiarity with medical insurance and terminology is a plus Benefits (Full-Time) Health Insurance Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Vision coverage Paid Sick Time 401(k) with Employer Match Why Join Mt.
