. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee the company's day-to-day accounting functions.

No two days look the same — you'll work across parking, residential, and commercial accounting, managing the financial backbone of a growing local portfolio. This is an important role within our organization. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, accurate, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple properties and business operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Enter and maintain financial transactions in QuickBooks Desktop
• Complete monthly bank and account reconciliations
• Process invoices, payments, deposits, and other financial transactions
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Communicate with residential tenants, commercial tenants, vendors, and property managers
• Monitor outstanding receivables and assist with collections
• Assist with monthly financial reporting and account analysis
• Maintain accounting records for multiple properties and business operations
• Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and other accounting functions
• Provide light administrative support as needed, primarily accounting-related

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field required
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop
• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Real estate, property management, or parking industry experience is a plus

Position Details

Full-time | In-office | Downtown Cincinnati

Salary starting at $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

10 paid days off (PTO/sick) per year, plus company holidays.

As our property portfolio grows, this role has room to grow with it — including increased ownership of accounting operations and long-term potential for advancement within the company.
