Machine Operator

Position: Machine Operator Industry: Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-Time Pay: Based on Experience We are seeking a dependable and motivated Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring products are manufactured safely and efficiently. Job Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery according to company procedures. Set up machines and make basic adjustments as needed. Load raw materials and components into machinery. Monitor equipment during production to ensure proper operation. Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects. Perform measurements using basic tools such as tape measures, calipers, or gauges. Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals. Identify machine issues and report problems to supervisors or maintenance personnel. Perform basic machine maintenance and keep equipment and work areas clean. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Work as part of a team to maintain a safe, productive, and efficient manufacturing environment. Qualifications Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred. Ability to learn and operate production equipment. Mechanical aptitude and good problem-solving skills. Ability to read and follow work instructions. Basic math and measurement skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift and move materials as required.
