Industrial discipline connects the two.What You'll ArchitectThis role primary responsibility will be to collaborate with other Keyrus Consultants to leverage your deep expertise in Anaplan to design, implement, and optimize sophisticated planning models and solutions. This role offers a dynamic and collaborative environment for individuals with a passion for solving complex business challenges.Perform user requirements analysis, facilitate business process design and business modeling sessions with the client's subject matter experts, identify gaps, issues, and reporting risk areas as part of an implementation team.Translate business processes and requirements into technical requirements & design documentation, solution design, and system configurations to support the client's desired to-be state.Configure and deploy Anaplan solutions, ensuring that they meet client needs and are delivered on time and within budget.Maintain client focus and demonstrate ownership to drive consensus and project-related decisions.Provide training and support to end-users, empowering them to navigate and effectively utilize Anaplan for planning and decision-making.Create comprehensive documentation of Anaplan models and configurations, ensuring knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.Deliver demonstrations to audiences ranging from executives to business users.Stay up-to-date with Anaplan platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends in business planning to provide thought leadership to clients and the team.Communicate well, both written and orally, at all levels - managerial, technical, and user.Who You AreYou are a strong analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and enjoy tackling complex business challenges.You communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and build strong relationships with clients and teammates.You are highly organized, able to prioritize competing responsibilities, and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment.You are adaptable and thrive in dynamic environments where project requirements and client needs evolve.You are excited to work with global teams and collaborate with clients from around the world on a project-by-project basis.You are comfortable working independently and managing small engagements or leading workstreams within larger projects.What You BringYou have a background in business, finance, multidimensional modeling, data analytics, business intelligence, or consulting.You have 2–3 years of experience implementing Performance Management solutions using Anaplan.You have proven experience designing, implementing, and optimizing Anaplan models.You have technical knowledge of software implementation activities, including field-to-field data mapping, data conversion validation, system and security configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system integration testing (SIT).You have experience working on project teams using structured methodologies to gather business requirements, document business processes, support data conversions, and design system interfaces.You hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management and Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience.Nice-to-havesYou have experience supporting business development activities, such as delivering product demonstrations or solution presentations to prospective clients.You have experience implementing Performance Management solutions using technologies such as IBM TM1/Planning Analytics (PA), Oracle Hyperion, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Tagetik, Board, or OneStream.You have previous experience supporting business functions such as Finance, Sales, or Operations.You have advanced Microsoft Excel skills.You have experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile methodologies.You have experience with Consolidation and Financial Reporting, Sales Performance Management, Supply Chain Planning, Management Reporting, or Enterprise Operational Planning solutions.You have experience with leading ETL and data integration tools, such as Informatica, SnapLogic, or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).You have a working knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), including SQL, ANSI SQL, MySQL, Oracle PL/SQL, AWS PartiQL, or SAS.You hold a master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.You are fluent in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.What We Stand ForCollective Intelligence — Collaboration across expertise, functions, and geographies makes it possible to combine know-how and deliver more comprehensive responses to client challenges.Reliability — The ability to deliver complex projects with rigor is one of the pillars of our client relationship.Pragmatism — Prioritizing concrete impact and measurable value over abstract technological discourse.Entrepreneurial Spirit — Curiosity, energy, and freedom are the foundations of our culture; they enable initiative and sustained innovation.Our Hiring ProcessWe keep our process straightforward and respect your time.
