Site Supervisor

Role Overview: The Security Supervisor oversees security personnel at client sites, ensuring compliance with post orders, completing rounds, and submitting reports. Key Responsibilities Supervise security officers and lead officers, coaching, disciplining, and training staff. Ensure adequate coverage, inspect posts, and meet with client representatives to maintain security standards. Manage administrative tasks such as payroll, reports, and personnel documentation. Perform supervisory duties including interviewing, onboarding, performance evaluation, and addressing issues. May perform security officer duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or G.E.D. with ≥2 years related experience; retail experience preferred. Valid driver's license required. Knowledge of security operations, supervisory practices, and safety devices. Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills. Ability to adapt to various sites, handle stressful situations, and communicate effectively. Physical & Mental Demands: Must maintain composure, handle physical activities, operate equipment, and communicate clearly. May be exposed to stressful conditions and environmental hazards.
