Diesel Mechanic
RWC Idealease Phoenix, AZ is looking for a full-time diesel mechanic.
Position Overview: Currently, we are looking for a motivated individual to help maintain and repair our lease and rental equipment. This is a full-time position in the evenings (12:30 PM-9:00 PM) Tuesday through Friday and Saturdays 7 AM-3:30 PM.
Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair trucks
- Complete paperwork timely and accurately
- Work safely
- Partake in achieving objectives set forth by the shop manager by taking out garbage, sweeping floors, and keeping a clean work area
- Safely perform assigned tasks in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Ability to operate heavy-duty trucks
- Ability to work independently
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Must have a valid driver's license/Ability to obtain a CDL
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check test and motor vehicle record check
- Must not have any DUI or drug convictions in the last five years
- Must be able to effectively read, write & understand verbal instructions in English
