What You’ll Be Doing As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating, revising, and maintaining detailed technical drawings and documentation. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, designers, estimators, and field personnel to ensure drawings are accurate, organized, and ready to support successful project execution. Your responsibilities may include: Creating detailed drawings, plans, layouts, and technical documentation using CAD software Reviewing project information and translating concepts, sketches, and specifications into accurate, professional drawings Revising existing drawings based on project changes, field conditions, and team feedback Collaborating with internal teams to ensure designs are practical, accurate, and aligned with project requirements Maintaining organized drawing files and project documentation Assisting with the preparation of construction documents and project submittals Identifying discrepancies or potential design concerns before they become costly problems Supporting multiple projects while managing priorities and deadlines Helping improve drafting standards, processes, and efficiencies across the organization What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically capable, and has an excellent eye for detail.
