Recovery Agent / Tow Truck Driver Location: Mesa, AZ Company: Paramount Recovery Service Inc. Job Type: Full-Time | Day and Night Shifts Available Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hour (minimum) + Performance Incentives Potential Earnings: $37,440 - $100,000+ per year with incentives Job Overview Are you ready to start a high-demand career in the vehicle recovery and repossession industry? Paramount Recovery Service Inc. is hiring Recovery Agents / Tow Truck Drivers to join our growing team. No RA experience? No problem - we provide paid training and on-the-job support to help you succeed. Vehicle towing experience is a plus but we will consider candidates with equivalent experience driving commercial vehicles or heavy equipment. Key Responsibilities Operate a tow truck to recover and transport vehicles Load, secure, and unload vehicles using proper equipment Perform basic automotive tasks (e.g., jump-starts, tire changes) Maintain accurate records of each recovery Communicate with dispatch and team members to coordinate assignments Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations Provide professional and respectful service during recoveries Qualifications Must pass a California BSIS background check to obtain a repossession license Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles Strong driving skills and ability to maneuver in tight spaces Basic automotive knowledge is a plus Physically able to lift heavy objects and perform demanding tasks Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Why Join Us? $18-$20/hour (minimum) + performance-based incentives 401(k) with company match Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Paid Time Off & Paid Training Career growth opportunities Schedule Day/Night shift Must be available to work weekends and holidays (when needed) The Pay Range For This Role Is 37,440 - 100,000 USD per year(Mesa, AZ) #J-18808-Ljbffr Paramount Recovery Service
