Job Summary MICDS is accepting applications for a JV Assistant Cheerleading Coach. Applicants must meet Missouri State High School Athletic Association requirements for the position and Sports First Aid requirements. The ideal candidate will have prior coaching or playing experience, enthusiasm for leading student athletes, and strong athletic and personal references. This position is a part-time position that is not benefit eligible. However, the position can be combined with a full-time classroom teaching position in a subject area that coincides with our current needs, in which case a very competitive and extensive benefit package will be included. Duties Include Effectively supervise, design, and run practices. Foster the growth of the coaching staff. Assist in an off-season program. Model program values and reinforce them through modeling and teaching. Travel as needed for contests. Work with our Head Cheerleading Coach to continue to promote cheerleading on our campus, which may include summer camp opportunities.
