Partners Personnel is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a warehouse in North Las Vegas. Candidates should be organized, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable handling shipping, receiving, inventory, and related administrative tasks. Pay Rate: $18.50/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM–3:00 PM Location: North Las Vegas, NV Job Type: Full-Time Overtime: Must be flexible and available to work overtime as needed

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. This position will be responsible for assisting with incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory and shipping records, and utilizing computer systems to enter and process information. The ideal candidate will have previous logistics, warehouse, and computer experience and should be comfortable operating a computer and navigating software systems with little to no training.

Essential Job Duties

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and verify shipping and receiving documentation
• Enter shipment, inventory, and order information into computer systems
• Maintain accurate records of products and shipments
• Verify quantities, product information, and shipping details
• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming materials
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding shipments and inventory
• Track shipments and assist with resolving discrepancies
• Print labels, packing slips, shipping documents, and other paperwork as needed
• Use warehouse management systems and other computer programs
• Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Maintain an organized and efficient shipping and receiving area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in shipping & receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and navigate computer systems quickly
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English language.
• Must be comfortable operating a computer with minimal training
• Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to read and understand shipping documents and work instructions
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Must be flexible and available to work overtime as needed

Important Schedule Requirement

This position is Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM. Candidates must be able to consistently work the assigned schedule and have flexibility to work overtime when required by business needs.
