Artemis Solutions is looking for a proactive and detail-driven Buyer to join our partnered marketing agency team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing media, production services, and marketing-related goods to support client campaigns and internal initiatives. You’ll work closely with account teams, creatives, and vendors to ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities Source and purchase media placements, promotional materials, print, digital, and production services Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers and media vendors Manage vendor relationships and maintain an approved supplier network Collaborate with account managers and project teams to understand campaign needs and budgets Track spend, manage purchase orders, and ensure alignment with client and agency budgets Monitor market trends, pricing, and new supplier opportunities Ensure compliance with internal procurement processes and client requirements Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, or billing What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Buyer, Procurement Specialist, or Media Buyer (agency experience preferred but not required) Strong negotiation and cost-management skills Solid understanding of marketing, media, and production processes Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proficient in Excel and procurement or finance systems Nice to Have Familiarity with marketing production workflows Knowledge of supplier contracts and commercial terms Salary: $60,000-$70,000yr (based on experience) Benefits PTO: 3 weeks + major holidays Why Join?
