HousekeeperJob Category: Hospitality Requisition Number: HOUSE029914Full-Time On-site Rate: $20 USD per hour Juniper Preserve Bend, OR 97701, USADescriptionThe housekeeping position is called upon to clean units after guests have checked out and make them ready for the next arrivals, deep cleans, provide daily stay-over service, turndown service and clean common areas.Hourly Rate: $20/hour Status: Part time or full time, seasonal Essential Duties and Responsibilities Trailhead and Clubhouse:General cleaning of entire Trailhead and ClubhouseDust and wet mopping floorDustingWindowsMonitoring and reporting maintenance needsLocker rooms cleaned and stocked regularly throughout all shiftsLinens cleaned, organized and inventoried when requiredGuest Rooms:General cleaning and maintaining Five Star qualityMonitoring condition of all inventory within rooms / amenities etcRestock all guest itemsReporting any maintenance requirementsHousekeeping Areas:Laundry, Housekeeping Storage & Housekeeping ClosetsLaundry & Linen cleaned, organized and stockedHousekeeping supplies organized, clean and stockedGuest room supplies organized and stockedGuest Contact:Maintain a respectful, friendly and helpful attitude when meeting and greeting any resort guests, members or guests of members, using guests name is mandatoryAssist when necessary in arrivals / departures or other guests' needs.General:Ability to work as part of a teamWilling to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Be flexible in days and hoursManages workflow effectively and in an organized and timely mannerAble to effectively handle multiple tasksIncorporates safe work practices in job performanceRegular and reliable attendanceMaintains a professional standard at Juniper Preserve including, but not limited to, appearance, interaction with members, associates, guests of the club, verbal discussions and written correspondence.
