Rehab Aide – Full-Time

$16.35/hour

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a dependable and motivated Rehab Aide to join our rehabilitation department. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in healthcare who wants to gain hands-on experience while supporting residents and an experienced therapy team.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and organize therapy areas for daily treatment sessions
• Escort residents safely to and from therapy appointments
• Clean and sanitize rehabilitation equipment
• Keep the therapy gym organized, stocked, and ready for use
• Provide non-clinical assistance to Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy staff
• Assist with general department tasks and daily operations
• Help maintain a positive and welcoming environment for residents

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Dependable with strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working directly with residents and as part of a team
• Healthcare or rehabilitation experience is a plus but not required
• Interest in therapy or healthcare is encouraged
