Primary Care Physician Opportunity

Conviva Primary Care, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., is looking for a primary care physician for our clinic in Venice, FL. As a primary care physician, you will report to the associate medical director. You will work onsite at the Conviva clinic in Venice, FL Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• You will deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
• You will maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• You will diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
• Board certified or board eligible in geriatric medicine, family medicine or internal medicine
• Valid, unrestricted license in the state of Florida (or willing to obtain)
• Current, unrestricted DEA license, or must obtain
• 1+ years of experience in primary care, geriatric medicine, or managing chronic conditions
• If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for tuberculosis

This position is located at 4125 S. Tamiami Trail Venice, FL 34293.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $255,000 - $298,500 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
