Physical Therapist (PT) / Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Roswell, NM

Excellent, state-of-the-art Outpatient Therapy Clinic in Roswell, NM is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join their team for a contract assignment. Candidates should be passionate about patient care and committed to supporting a friendly, positive, and professional clinical environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality therapy services to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (PT).
• Administer therapeutic exercises, modalities, and treatment interventions (PT/PTA).
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Current New Mexico PT or PTA license (or eligible to obtain).
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
