Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM | 3 x 12-hour shifts per week | Every other weekend required | Holiday coverage based on unit needs (Christmas Eve or Day and New Year's Eve or Day)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Float to all acute care units as needed
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
• Adhere to unit scheduling requirements including every-other-weekend and holiday coverage based on unit needs
• Participate in facility orientation including on-site, department-level, and virtual training sessions prior to unit placement

Required Qualifications

• Active Kansas RN License or Compact RN License required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 18 months of experience in a hospital setting with Orthopedic & Spine experience
• New graduates are not eligible for this position
• Must be comfortable working in a nicotine-free facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with EPIC EMR
• Experience floating across multiple acute care units
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and related patient populations
