Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, adapt, and implement instructional activities for students with a variety of learning differences
• Write, review, and manage Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and maintain accurate records
• Work collaboratively with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to promote student success
• Employ a variety of teaching strategies and techniques to accommodate individual learning styles
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed
• Participate actively in team meetings, professional development, and school initiatives
