Operating Room Nurse
CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC.
Role Overview Provides expert perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room, PACU, or related settings, utilizing evidence-based practices and a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional patient outcomes. Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care, prioritizing safety, quality, and wellness. Model proficiency through precepting new staff and supporting ongoing education. Participate in secure safety and quality initiatives at the point of care. Support specialty education and competency validation in perioperative environments. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. Current RN license and BLS certification; CNOR preferred. At least 6 months of OR nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program. Strong clinical skills, commitment to evidence-based practice, and teamwork capabilities. Key Duties Providing comprehensive perioperative nursing care, supporting clinical education, fostering a safety-focused environment, and contributing to positive patient outcomes within a fast-paced, innovative setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC.
