Accounting Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Client Accounting Specialist/Sr Accountant to join our CPA firm. Responsibilities Process accounts payable, accounts receivable Reconcile bank, credit card, loan, and general ledger accounts Review monthly and quarterly financial statements Assist with sales tax and other quarterly and annual tax filings Support year-end closing and tax preparation Communicate directly with clients to answer questions and gather information Use accounting software such as QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel Qualifications Experience in bookkeeping or accounting (CPA firm experience is a plus) Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Must have experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, especially Excel Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred but not required with relevant experience What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Performance bonuses Paid time off (PTO) and holidays Health insurance and additional benefits Retirement plan with employer contribution Opportunities for professional development and continuing education Supportive team environment with a healthy work-life balance The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional client service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
