Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide an exceptional service experience. Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle needs. Build trust through transparency, communication, and follow-up. Manage a high-volume customer schedule while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Work closely with technicians to keep customers informed throughout the repair process. Consistently achieve and exceed sales, customer satisfaction, and productivity goals. Turn every customer interaction into a long-term relationship. What We're Looking For Has previous Service Advisor or automotive service sales experience. Knows how to build value instead of discounting. Can confidently present recommendations and close repair opportunities. Thrives in a high-volume environment. Stays organized under pressure.
