Must-Have:
- Clinician must note if they have previously worked for the client organization and must have an end date six months prior to submission date.
- Clinicians must badge in and out at the facility.
- This location does not accept travelers with permanent addresses within 80 miles.


Description:
Provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluation and treatment to adult acute care, inpatient rehab, and/or outpatients.
Utilize electronic medical records for documentation.
Participate in department-specific training and orientation.
Schedule consists of Monday to Friday, with weekend rotation approximately every eight weeks.
Dress code is business casual.
Rotation includes primary inpatient with some outpatient responsibilities.
Charting system utilized is EPIC.
No holidays required.
