Occupational Therapist Paramus (Saddle Brook) NJ
Multidisciplinary Clinic | No Weekends | up to $110k
We’re hiring a Occupational Therapist to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team in Saddle Brook NJ. Experience working within a multidisciplinary clinic/team preferred but recent grads are encouraged to apply. We offer an exceptional work environment with no weekend work and access to our training facility and our sauna! Duties:

• Patient assessment : evaluating conditions, mobility, strength, and pain levels. Reviewing medical history and collaborating with other team members. Identify functional limitations and rehabilitation needs.
• Treatment planning: develop individualized rehabilitation programs based on diagnosis and team input. Set short – and long- term goals. Adjust plans depending on patient progress and interdisciplinary recommendations.
• Therapeutic Interventions : Provide exercise therapy, manual treatment and modalities.
• Patient and Family education: teach patients proper exercises and injury prevention strategies. Educate families on supporting recovery and committing to prescribed plan of care. Promote long-term health and independence.
• Monitoring and Documentation : Track patient progress and outcomes. Maintain accurate clinical records to be completed prior to end of shift. Modify interventions based on results and team feedback.

Qualifications:

• license in NJ
• Multidisciplinary experience a plus but we will consider recent grads

Schedule:

• Full time (Mon-Friday)
