Patient Liaison

Join our well-established plastic surgery practice as a Front Office Patient Liaison This is a full-time opportunity to play an integral role in the daily operations of our practice, delivering outstanding first impressions and helping patients feel supported throughout their journey. We partner with patients on their journey to become their personal best. Everyone on our team must have a genuine care for people and for serving them through a sometimes intimidating, but absolutely life changing experience! Key Responsibilities Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression. Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments. Collect patient demographics and coordinate payments. Act as a front office educational resource and point-of-sale . Deliver outstanding customer service and attention to detail at every step. What We’re Looking For Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills . Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities. Team-player mentality with a positive, professional attitude. Previous experience in sales, aesthetics, or a medical office is a plus. Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred (but not required).
