Registered Dietitian

DietitianThis position involves planning, evaluating, and implementing regular, special, and modified diets for clients. Ensures compliance with relevant regulations and treatment plans. Completes nutrition assessments by reviewing medical charts and interviewing clients and direct care staff. Maintains dietary and nutrition records, reports, and progress notes. Plans and conducts in-service training programs about nutrition for clients and staff. Attends various meetings related to treatment and internal facility committees. Requires the ability to interpret technical material and prepare concise reports. Developed skills and knowledge expected after employment. Candidates should have the ability to counsel clients regarding nutrition and classify data effectively.
