Schedule: Flexible (Days, Nights, Weekends)
We are seeking experienced and motivated Grill Cooks to join our kitchen team! The ideal candidate will prepare high-quality meals while maintaining cleanliness, speed, and food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items on the grill according to recipes and customer requests
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and proper portioning
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of grill stations and kitchen areas
- Monitor food temperatures and follow food safety guidelines
- Assist with food prep, stocking, and kitchen support tasks
- Work efficiently during busy meal periods while maintaining accuracy
Qualifications:
- Previous grill cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
