Do you love helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working at the beach? Dune Allen Realty is looking for a motivated, friendly, and organized Front Desk Reservationist to join our growing vacation rental team!
As the first point of contact for our guests and homeowners, you’ll play a key role in creating exceptional vacation experiences while supporting our daily office operations.
Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests with reservations and inquiries.
• Welcome guests and homeowners with exceptional customer service.
• Process reservations, payments, and rental agreements.
• Respond to emails and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, and vacation-related needs.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and office documentation.
• Perform general front desk and administrative duties.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
• Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Previous hospitality, hotel, vacation rental, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with Escapia PMS and Breezeway is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
