Job Description

We are seeking an multitasking Warehouse Receiving Associate. This person is responsible for supporting daily receiving operations, processing inbound shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and assisting with warehouse and dock activities. This position requires someone who is comfortable working both on a computer and in a hands-on warehouse environment.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday (Open to work overtime)
• Schedules available: 7:00AM - 3:30PM
• Pay rate: $24-$24 per Hour

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming shipments and materials.
• Enter and update receiving information in the WMS system .
• Use Excel and Outlook for tracking, communication, and reporting.
• Review shipping/receiving paperwork and ensure information is accurate.
• Coordinate and multitask between receiving, dock, and warehouse priorities.
• Assist with loading/unloading and general warehouse duties as needed.
• Operate MHE (Material Handling Equipment) such as forklifts or pallet jacks, if qualified.
• Communicate discrepancies, damaged product, or receiving issues to management.
• Maintain a clean and safe dock and warehouse area.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse receiving experience required.
• Experience with computers and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook .
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Comfortable working on the dock and performing general labor.
• MHE/forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
